” I’ve never used them before today and they were absolutely the best! They responded to me immediately, came out quickly and the price was great. The man that came out (Dylan) did a fantastic job. He had the best personality and you could tell he really cared about doing a good job and he enjoyed doing it. He even sent me a confirmation message when my car was delivered to the repair shop. Wonderful job!! “

“My car was disabled in the middle of the street. I had already called my car insurance for a tow.
Although I wasn’t his client, Hansen Towing got me off of the street and into a parking lot nearby. Very professional, polite, and knew his equipment very well. Next time I need a tow I’m reaching out to you guys. Thanks again. Definitely 5 stars.”

“I broke down on a Saturday around midnight heading eastbound on 96 towards Ionia taking my mother home from the hospital. When I called I told them my situation and Chris was very quick and good. Although the breakdown was a bummer Chris was cool and after talking with him for a bit it really took the edge off of the situation. 10 min for arrival ~5 miles, 6 min for a hookup, and we were on our way. That’s very fast BTW. Most would drag their feet especially on a weekend and at midnight around their closing time. If you happen to get Chris as your tow guy strike up a conversation with him and I promise he will hold a good conversation with you and listen to you too. Also, they will give you your price upfront if you give them the parameters of the drive and they are very affordable especially if you do not have towing insurance. Very nice equipment as well so your ride with them will be good.”

“Fast and friendly service. Hansen was dispatched by my insurance roadside assistance. I was unable to stay with the car or leave the keys, which necessitated the use of extra equipment. Hansen worked with my insurance company to make sure I was not charged extra for this service. Arrived fast and delivered quickly to my mechanic of choice, even though it is a small, out-of-the-way garage. Dispatchers and drivers were very responsive to phone calls, my questions, and my concerns. I would use them again in a heartbeat!”

Chris was very good about securing the vehicle and used tire straps rather than chains. On-time. As a female client, I felt very safe and he was very professional.
